Supzy exclusively makes use of secure servers. All supplied information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. If you subscribe to premium services, Supzy will refer you to a payment processor such as PayPal. Under no circumstances does Supzy collect, access, or store credit card information. Your passwords are stored individually salted and hashed, per current best practices. Access to any other information is restricted to Supzy employees, contractors, and agents who may require such access to ensure availability of our services and who are subject to strict contractual confidentiality obligations and may be disciplined or terminated if they fail to meet these obligations.
Do we disclose any information to outside parties?
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect our or others’ rights, property, or safety. However, non-personally identifiable visitor information (IP addresses, user agent information, and access times) may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.
